High quality self catering holiday accommodation that is ideal for a family of 6, or alternatively catering for a mixture of couples or friends with the choice of 3 separate bedrooms.

All bed linen is provided.


The tranquil atmosphere is further enhanced by panoramic views to the Moray Firth and the Black Isle from the double bedroom, the first twin bedroom and the kitchen.

Finished in contemporary grey, white and silver Larch Cottage bathroom is luxurious.  It features a large walk in electric shower, generous heated towel rail and overlit mirror with shaver point.  Floor to ceiling Italian tiling  and a contemporary roman blind complete the  high quality fittings. If you want a touch of true indulgence there is the option of additional underfloor heating.   (Note no bath in this cottage- but a baby bath is available.)

You will need to bring your own towels. Alternatively we can supply towels for hire  (1 bath towel plus 1 hand towel per person) if you advise us in advance.

We are able to provide 1 travel cot with bed linen and a baby bath on request. High  chair available if requested at the time of booking.

The Lounge

The cosy lounge / dining area has comfortable, relaxing seating and a colour TV / DVD player.

The cottage is heated throughout and its lovely rural setting makes it an ideal choice at any time of the year. Come and relax in comfortable surroundings set amongst large gardens, with the chance of seeing various wildlife and some spectacular sunsets.

As our cottages are located on a working farm we regret that we are unable to accept pets with the holiday lets.
